People want to know what's going on at City Hall. They hear back when they contact councillors and the mayor, but don't feel their concerns are addressed.

Yesterday, I met with Victoria’s firefighters, listened to their concerns and committed to signing their pledge. One of my guiding principles from the start has been to listen carefully to the people who do the work.
