Nice! I like another collectable thing like trims and pottery sherds

However the grid particles from cutting do look like a glitch

The next question is will you allow players to put different torches in the pumpkins to choose the colour. And would you add support for other mod's torches and flames

Nice. I also recommend looking at NEBs (Neko's Enchanted Books). It has a system that allows other mods to give textures for their books with just a resource pack

Cool stuff! Glad to hear it's on 1.21.1 as that's what I'm now developing my modpack for

Hi 👋

That's a very nice take on a dungeon's anti-cheese mechanism. Reminds me of mining fatigue and Dungeons Now Loading mendstone. Really looking forward to playing this. Will it be on 1.21.1?

This is great! I've been struggling with a simple nav bar. I recommend people use this to make a .html file on the desktop to act as their homepage to useful sites the way the web was originally used.

I have a copy of my homepage at burningsulphur.github.io

Hello there 👋

I'm glad you managed to find the issue! Looking forward to seeing this mod develop further

Try disabling that area of the code and seeing if it works without it. Work down to where it starts working again and then work back up re enabling stuff to find the culprit

Did you use data gen for the recipes or did you make them manually. I suspect it's the recipe json files making the 2x2 recipe a 3x3 recipe

This is really cool. I've been porting my modpack from 1.20 to 1.21 and this makes me really want to update the part of the modpack with mffs

Two areas to look into. Whether it works if you put the 4 bricks in the top left corner. In which case your json recipe needs reformatting to only be 2x2.

Or some weird item interaction happened. When you placed the bricks down in your inventory 3 of them disappeared. Test if it's repeatable

Very cool stuff. I like the detail of the line to the power source moving with it

That's very cool! Pulling from item textures is a very clever way of getting a lot of cool patterns with a satisfying finish where it reveals what you drew

Anything on the indie bench from r/place 2023 would fit into this game. It was an alliance between multiple indie game communities to put all the characters sitting on a bench from hollow knight.

Might want to try some structure void stuff around the outside to roughen up the edges where it generates a flat stone surface

Or some world gen processor

Wow, that's a very long time away for a mod that already has very polished features. You could always release the indev versions to get feedback and build up hype for your mod before it fully releases. A lot of successful mods do feature updates in waves
July 6, 2026 at 4:31 PM
Is the mod available to play anywhere or is it still in beta? Would love to add some of these features to my modpack

Thank you! A lot of mods add some cheese but often have either a basic crafting recipe for them or have their own fermenting system that would be strange to have alongside another system.

Hopefully by standardising it, cheese making can become a bigger aspect of gameplay
