I don't know who needs to hear this, but you do not have to carry your helmet around when you dismount. The vent holes in most helmets are large enough for standard U-locks & folding locks.

Bow River Pathway north side between 14 St and 10 St NW looks almost ready to open. The middle concrete divider separates walking from wheeling. Wider left side will get a yellow line to make it 2way for bikes.
The turns are designed to slow riders down before the intersection.

Cycling is beneficial to both the cyclists and the people around them, but you don't get all the available benefits if half of people are afraid to ride.

Here’s something that’s never happened before on a ride. Noticed a noise fr the back of my bike like my disc brake rubbing in 1 spot. I stopped & wasn’t the brake. Checked everything, lastly spokes & discovered 1 had loosened on its own. Has this ever happened to anyone? #cycling #yycbike
