My entry for this years chroma corps

This is my alien handpan player, Dirt.
#characterdesign #art #painting
A punk green alien is grinning and standing with her legs crossed, she has a crop top vest on, pants with a loose studded belt and a whale tail over her hips. She has six fingers in total, spiky black hair and yellow eyes. The background is a mess of cardboard, news paper cut outs and splotches of red paint flung across it all. Directly next to her is two sets of images from Wikipedia. The wiki images shows different forms of handspans and how they evolved over time. Next to them again in the top right and bottom right of the image, is two more loose sketches of the alien named Dirt. The upper one portrays the alien floating in the air with a bigger jacket on. Her hands are outstretched showing green electricity sparking from her hands to the musical instrument. the bottom one shows her running with the handpan infront of her like a basketball, now blue sparks shoot out in musical notes as her blurry shape bangs it around A close up a green alien, she has a big smile and and spiky hair
