So processing this grief in the way I know how though art is all I've got at the moment, I'll probably try journalling about it to but we'll see where my creativity

This is a very personal piece in my therapeutic journey. I last session during an exercise sitting in silence for 10 mins, actually felt truly safe for the first time in my life. The immediate grief that followed that moment hit me so hard. So I went home and made art about it, I'll be making more
