Except the doomers are NOT to be believed. They are fundamentally wrong about the technology architecture, how it works and the role of that governance plays in value creation with LLM and AI technology.

All that is required is regulation that considers AI and Cyber Sec more broadly, as a workplace safety issue with material consequences for bosses whose products create personal risks for people.
The 'AI doomday threat' is not a difficult problem to solve.

For mine, the chance of AI doom is near zero. All can be contained with good #cybersec hygine and data safety regulation.
Where is the accountability?
