I am (admittedly belatedly) reading my students' discussion posts on McIntosh's Privilege Knapsack. I read this myself 20+ years ago in a random gen ed course I had enrolled in just because it was online and fell in love with Sociology. Written in 1989, it's arguably more relevant now than ever.
