Attorneys need a creative outlet to decompress. Mine is painting. I find that the hours spent focusing on the detail work in a painting lets my brain process my thoughts. Some of my best arguments come to me that way. Just signed this behemoth tonight and will submit it to the state fair tomorrow.

Spent the weekend representing the Arizona Attorney General’s office in the annual Baker to Vegas law enforcement relay race. Such a great event. Nearly 250 teams of 20 runners and a 120-mile course through the desert. #bakertovegas
