Drew something in pencil for the first time in a while, to test out a pencil stability grip thing I got on Amazon. It works pretty well and my colored pencils fit in it!
Only way I know to test pencil stability is drawing or hiragana, so the writing on the bottom says "すごい!" (Sugoi/Awesome)

If I wanted to start a Patreon, and I had commissions open but it was like, I had pre-drawn poses and the tiers were drawings in the different poses, with more complexity being the higher tiers, is that interesting to do?

Having a lot of trouble with this animation. I keep deleting layers because they look bad and then feeling like the redrawn layer is even worse, and I can't get it to look right.

Some animation progress? It's slow-going because I kept having issues with the proportions looking weird until I tried stylizing it some more instead of sticking to the rotoscoped outline, but god it takes so long to do frame by frame animation

One last attempt to post this WIP, after a full day of frustration and copying every frame to a new document, then having to resize all of those frames bc Photoshop thinks they should all be 5 seconds long by default

Jesus... idk what is different about this render that makes it not save like the last WIP video I uploaded. I have now copied just my motion outlines to a new file, but Photoshop has decided the best thing to do with that folder is to make every frame I drew a full 5 seconds for no reason

Fuck it. I was gonna upload another WIP but 3 hours of trying to post it and having the video suddenly blast with sound that is muted on the Photoshop file and every way I can preview it has given me a stress migraine.

Okay what the hell is happening. The audio is removed from my original recording. It is silent when I preview it in VLC. And then when I upload it, the sound is back????
I filmed my screen to get the movement recorded so the sound is just me breathing and my heart valve, but it's weird

Updated my art portfolio! The one downside is I don't have my own website so I gotta just put it all here I guess

Once complete, the full game will revolve around creature catching and battling using the collected creatures, but all of the encountered creatures, referred to as Plots, represent various literary genres such as Horror, Fantasy, Romance, SciFi, Action, and Mystery. The main character, Cass Helix (shown on the left and right depending on player choice) is a resident of Macabre, the Horror area of their world. They are going on a test to become a Librarian, the name for people who wield Plots to create stories for the different lands. There is also a secondary protagonist by the name of Night Eiros who the player encounters at various parts of their journey. Night is a mysterious figure that appears in various towns, speaking individually to the Librarians in charge of all the different areas. His motivation is largely unknown to the player, but he is attempting to get the approval of the Librarians in support of reopening a banned area of the world, which is referred to only as [REDACTED] due to everything including its name being stricken from every record. One more design mostly done! I may rework some of the details, but I wanted to try to finish at least one more creature so I did a quick version of the evolution of another Horror type; this one is Death Maggot, Pallid Wasp, and Conqueror Worm. May redraw these later, I'm rushing a bit
