Certainly is X I'm fortunate & got on a NHS course to support my diabetes It was a turning point in my life & health
I joined a gym which was a bit expensive but I struggled with Arthritis so couldn't road run
I definitely feel your pain but the benefits are a worthwhile cause

Certainly is X I'm fortunate & got on a NHS course to support my diabetes It was a turning point in my life & health
