Best recipe I have ever tried for thin crust pizza. I used bread flour (he calls for strong flour) and I added a small can of tomato paste to the 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes.
I just found out that Grandmaster Daniel Naroditsky died unexpectedly yesterday, age 29. Danya was an amazing teacher, and his warmth and humanity was always on display. I never tire of watching his content. This is an enormous loss for the chess world.
