I usually have zero issues with either of my vets but the receptionist for my exotic vet was not friendly at all today😕 Like ma’am my guinea pig is seriously ill and you can’t be a little nice?

Flynn has been having some problems so we’ve had a couple vet visits to find out what’s wrong. Unfortunately he’s a lot sicker than we originally thought. We have a Hail Mary but if it doesn’t work then we’re going to have to say goodbye.

The credit card bill is going to hurt this month. Dylan starts a new job that requires him to dress nicer so we bought him new clothes, Zuko went to the vet this week, and two of the pigs went to the vet today. Flynn is having some issues so his cost a bit more than normal😔

I’m not sure if the swelling has gone down a whole lot but the bruising looks better at least. I’m starting to get a little anxious though about recovery😔

Well the ski resort we were going to this weekend is closed now. Not surprised since it was 80 yesterday but I’m more mad that we planned this trip around people who don’t even ski. We could have gone any other point in the past month but they weren’t able to so now no one gets to ski😒

After Christmas I had some sort of mental breakdown (mostly feeling okay now), then I went on vacation, and now I’ve been sick for a week and still going. My Christmas decor is still up and my poor house needs a serious cleaning

I’m extremely unhappy in Maryland and am looking for a new place to move in the next couple of years. I loved Florida and thought about moving back to WV to be with family, but those places are just not realistic job wise, not to mention the politics. I need a place with good #publichealth jobs

I put the wrong date for my credit card payment so I just submitted two payments in one week😒 I legitimately thought someone stole money from our bank account though so I guess it could be worse. And now I don’t have to make a payment next month so girl math🤷🏼♀️

I volunteered to do food distribution today for the county and they sent zero instructions or anything until this morning. Well they said to dress for rain because it’s entirely outside and I’m like I’m already at work assholes. Why can’t you provide details for the morning of?

My favorite hobby is sending my boss slides or papers she’s already reviewed and made edits to and watching her critique her own work.
