Liberal democracy (my group)
My takeaways from Heather's podcast
People who want the American government to work for the American people. They believe in capitalism system as the economic engine of the country. Generally, they protest the rigging of elections and corruption in government.

I do not think bombing Iran was a smart move.
I believe democrats should continuously address Trump as "the moron, Donald Teump"!

I'm sorry that Trump is terrorizing the people of Iran tonight with threats of surrender and more. I hope tomorrow brings a better day

I think if there was a huge independent/unaffiliated voting population in our country, maybe something would get accomplished in Washington. The 'safe' democratic and republican districts would rarely exist and elected official would have to work for their constituents vote.

They are now talking about a buffer zone on the southern border.
My first thought - buffer zones can keep people in the country as well.

Hmm, we pay ~12.3% (employees and employers split it) in taxes to social security which is fine. Unfortunately for the rest of us, after $176,100 income(2025), the percentage decreases as the income increases. Taxing everyone equally, could drastically help stabilize social security.

So, the republican senators are afraid of being primaried by a Trumper. Why can't the 75-100 million of the non Trump supporters support/propose a candidate for their primary? Maybe the republican senators might work for their constituents and not Trump!
Keep calling the senators!

I do not trust Elon Musk. Who is watching him? Where are the checks and balances and what are the senators and house representatives doing to stop his takeover of the government institutions? This is just wrong. 😡😡😡
