YES! Dems need a 2/3 majority in the Sen. However, the House holds the power of the purse. They control the funding and budget for SCOTUS. They can pass ethics laws affecting SCOTUS conduct. One would think Justices wouldn't need such laws, but this Court is the most corrupt in US history.

That’s a problem because those websites require whoever is accessing the record to certify that they are the voter or have permission from the voter. Employees raised concerns that what they were being told to violate state law. They were told to keep doing it anyway.
