And this alone would be enough for me to hate AI art, but there's even more to hate.

I hate the energy and water it takes to make something so meaningless. I hate that it's stolen from artists and creators who never consented to it.

I want it gone.

I can't articulate why everything I've seen that's AI-generated feels soulless, like a cheap crappy mimic of actual work.

The whole point of art is connecting with other humans and experiencing a glimpse into their minds, lives, and moments in time.

As a creative, it kills me.
