Why does Chronicled use a transcript or notes instead of listening live?

Simpler build reason mostly, but I like that it stays out of the room — what happened at the table is still yours to hand over, not recorded without you deciding.

Does saying "milk" out loud actually stop you from buying milk you already have? Fridgr adds it to the shared list fine, it just can't check your fridge for you. Still on you to look before you shout. #PWA #IndieDev
Fridgr — the fridge that writes your shopping list
Say “we’re out of milk”. It’s on the list. Share it with one person, tick things off at the shop, and it learns what you actually keep.

Paws bursting past the die-cut edge on "Witness Meee": that's for anyone whose dog can't fit in a normal photo. Columbia included. #StickerArt #VinylStickers #DogsOfBluesky #EtsyFinds

Half-lidded stare, full-face close-up, "WORSHIP MEEE!" in pink caps. Columbia's sticker isn't asking, it's billing you for services already considered rendered.

What do you actually have a month after your campaign ends? For most tables it's a pile of typed notes nobody can parse. Chronicled turns that same pile into prose with names and NPCs intact. #dnd #ttrpg #DungeonsAndDragons

Every dog sticker on Etsy has the same three poses: sitting pretty, side profile, sleepy loaf. None of them show the worst photo on your camera roll, dog upside down mid-yawn with all four legs out. Columbia's got that one now. #StickerArt #VinylStickers #DogsOfBluesky

Bored for ten seconds waiting on anything and your thumb's already opening some app that wants your email first. Just Stop! opens straight to the marker: tap, miss, tap again. Free on iOS. #GameDev #IndieDev #iOS #GodotEngine

Every sprite in The Way of Light started as a tiny canvas in Aseprite before it ever touched Godot. Something about building a whole world pixel-by-pixel.

Can a game jam scope actually include an ending, or does everything just get cut until only the middle survives?

The Way of Light kept its ending. Almost nothing else got that privilege. Free, browser, few minutes, link below. #GameDev #IndieDev #Godot #GameJam

Anyone else own stickers of their dog they'd never actually put in public? Columbia's "Worship Meee" one is hilarious but a little too honest for my water bottle. #StickerArt #VinylStickers #DogsOfBluesky

If your DM has a Google Doc titled "Session Recaps" that stopped getting updated after session 4, Chronicled is for you. Give it the notes you did write, it writes the rest. #dnd #ttrpg #DungeonsAndDragons

This survey won't tell me anything about whether Chronicled is good. It's only built to tell me whether it's worth building at all — different question, and the one I actually need answered first. 2 min, link below. #dnd #ttrpg
TTRPG Campaign Experience Survey
We’re gathering real experience from TTRPG players and DMs about how you preserve, commemorate, and share campaigns once they end. This survey should take ~3–5 minutes. Your responses are anonymous unless you choose to share your contact info at the end.

Writing the game took a fraction of the time that shipping it did.

Signing, provisioning, App Store Connect — that's where the days went. The "tap to stop the marker" part was the easy bit.

Taking a Godot project to iOS: budget for the pipeline, not the game.

Grey freckles scattered across a white blaze, tan eyebrow spots, and a stare that's already bored of the word "WORSHIP" arcing over her sticker portrait. Columbia didn't ask to be a deity. She's just built like one apparently. #StickerArt #VinylStickers #DogsOfBluesky

Does anyone else's dog only fully sprawl out, teeth-out yawn and all, when they think nobody's looking? Columbia does it maybe twice a day and I've somehow got a sticker of the one time I caught it.

The whole game is one button.

Every feature I cut is still sitting in a notes file — power-ups, modes, unlocks. Cutting them is the only reason it shipped.

A marker sweeps a circle. You tap. The zone shrinks. Turns out that's enough.

"MEEE!" with three E's stretched across the bottom of Columbia's sticker is doing more emotional labor than the rest of the design combined. One extra vowel and suddenly it's a whole personality.

Whose handwriting is even on your fridge shopping list right now? Does everyone in the house actually check it before the store?

Fridgr skips that: say the item out loud, it's on the shared list. No paper, no "did you see my text."

Two minutes of setup gets your party into Chronicled. Everything after that still needs an actual transcript or notes from the session. It's not listening in, it's not inventing what happened.

My first game built in Godot is on the App Store.

One button. A marker sweeps around a circle, you tap to stop it in the zone, the zone gets smaller. That's it — no ads, no account, free.

Building The Way of Light for a game jam meant sessions had to work in a few minutes, so a lot of the design work was just deciding what to cut, not what to add. Play it free in browser, link below. #GameDev #IndieDev #Godot #GameJam

The whole mechanic in Just Stop! is one tap. No swipe, no hold, no combo. Just timing a stop, over and over, which is exactly why it's hard to put down.
