Needed to go out to run some errands. Found a pair of shorts I hadn't worn in awhile that I liked. Did NOT expect them to not fit. I tried and huffed and puffed. The button would not go -- looks like I need to upgrade.

Lately my partner has noticed that sometimes I’ll finish my meal and I’m still a bit hungry. I would ask for more, but I already finished everything. So, he said he’d give me a meal replacement shake to try so that my hunger is sated after eating. We’ll see if that does the trick.
