look it everyone bitching about the pipeline is a waste of time. Unless oil producers are going to invest in production there is not need for pipeline. TM pipeline is not at full capacity yet, because producer will not invest in a separatist province.

drop in the bucket for Pembina. my opinion, if taxpayers are paying for oil pipelines, we shouldn't be paying for oil based products of any kind until the debit is paid. Same as municipal taxpayers paying for stadiums should not have to pay for the use of that building until the debit is paid.
