Maybe so, but nobody has any control over what he will send them in return, real or not, something or nothing, and therein lies the problem.

Are you jealous a veteran might get an inheritance? In TX, the property tax exemption ranges from $5000 to %100 based on disability rating (10% - 100%). In AR, the rules are different. Only those who are 100% disabled are exempt from real property tax.
