Not sure I get why you’d want to close LCY. It would always be the fastest way from Northern Europe ex PAR & BRU to The City. Perhaps The City of London’s influence decreases over time as Brexit fades into the distance. But it hasn’t yet.

AC has train access but we can’t say that it is doing better than nearby SJ shore towns. Train access helps, but nearness to NYC helps more than anything else.

Please make the RBS station stop at Oxford Circle and not Pratt! (for the sake of transfers to bus 59 on Castor) The placement of the Bustleton Station needs to be coordinated with the bus 58 stop, as well.

The expanded Ridge Avenue Line should be automated and share 8th St platform with automated PATCO. They would use segregated portions of the platform to allow separate fare zones, but this wouldn’t be a problem for RAL’s 2-car trains and PATCO’s 4- & 5-car trains.
