Make no mistake Ontario, Ford is underfunding our healthcare ON PURPOSE. It’s disgusting! The Canada Health Act is supposed to ensure eligible residents have reasonable access to medically necessary hospital and physician services on a prepaid basis, without direct charges at the point of care.
