the more i think the more i wonder how many days it would take for anyone to notice when i die

i dont know why i still try to overdose so often when i know its not going to work, all it does is just leave me bedridden, i dont know what im doing wrong for it to not work

i dont really want to get better mentally, i hate change even if its good change🤕 too many things in my life have changed with no warning and i dont want it to happen anymore, im happy being mentally unwell like this because its predictable

ok so early morning (like 4-5 am) of tuesday i attempted to od, and im experiencing stuff that i havent in the past and its spooking me a little bit, its been days and i still feel all nauseous, my jaw wont stop shivering, and i have no appetite at all - 1/2
