Any follows you can particularly recommend for their coverage, Philippe?

Well that's fair, definitely an alarm bell for them, and probably an alarm bell for the rest of us that we don't have a more sensible centre right party. But it feels like Kemi's choices as leader are why were here, can't help but feel that e.g. a James Cleverly led Tory part would be viable here

Yes, I agree. Surely the point of major parties pulling out and leaving Binface to fight Farage is that, NF was trying to turn the by-election into a grand populist referendum against the "establishment" but in the end he wastes public time and money fighting a joke candidate, and looks ridiculous

That would be 63/37 for rejoin once you exclude the don't knows/not voting for either.

Not this guy again

Pure trolling

Fed up of Hunt being treated as some sort of 'grown up' when he did that (amongst other things)
June 3, 2026 at 11:51 AM
Did you ask him about his disgraceful, irresponsible and damaging NI cut prior to the election, knowing he'd never have to deal with the consequences? An utterly shameful act

Less than 100

Is it? I thought the US was still in NATO (well, just about)

For what it's worth, as a politically engaged Arsenal fan, there is nothing more satisfying than when you come of with an Arsenal related simile to explain a political situation that I will implicitly understand. So keep it up 👍

Nah, I think this is the wrong reading on Trump. I think he cares a great deal about the ballroom. It's an external display of wealth and grandiosity, in his own typically tasteless and garish manner. It's exactly the sort of building a wannabe strongman with no taste would love.
May 19, 2026 at 3:05 PM
For some reason, what annoys me most is that he calls them windmills and not wind turbines. Nothing is being milled!
May 12, 2026 at 9:47 PM
I don't think he really lies tbh, insofar as when he says something, he absolutely believes it to be true, and simply the act of him saying it has manifested it into being true in his mind. I really think that's where he is at at this point.

Wasn't Rubio a leading figure in making sure that wasn't a decision the President could make? Obviously, the issue remains that as commander in chief he doesn't have to officially leave NATO to effectively leave NATO

Especially when there will always be agitators on your right saying that not enough is being done, whatever you promise/do

I'm no expert in Catholic doctrine, but I'm pretty sure the Pope is not in favour of nuclear proliferation

I mean, I think Parliament's attitude to bars and alcohol is definitely outdated, but comparing it to drink driving is a silly comparison. Having your reaction time delayed by a few seconds is probably not going to affect how MPs vote.

Trump doesn't care a jot about the petrodollar and he's not strategic enough to make the link. He simply doesn't like the view of wind turbines from his golf course in Scotland, it's sadly as straightforward as that

Eze for Zubamendi and have Rice deeper
April 11, 2026 at 12:29 PM
I don't think he does know anymore. I think when he says something these days, he believes it to be true, even if he knew he was lying at one point. His mind is completely gone
April 9, 2026 at 3:39 PM
It's frankly a complete no-brainer in domestic political terms and moral terms. The right-wing characters wanting to get involved are totally detached from the public on this, too much time spent on X.

Maybe teams love wasting time against Brighton. Maybe there are lots of goals in Brighton matches and that leads to the ball being out of play for longer. All I'm saying is the margins are fairly small between teams there, and it's important to use stats correctly when making a point.
