I didn't have a lot of luck with creating my own starter, but I got a starter from King Arthur that worked really well. They also have a gluten-free starter. Thought about that too since my daughter has celiac but don't think she really likes sourdough.

Don't know if you want to push it since you are providing feedback about the co-worker, but Alabama ADA laws do say that employers need to make reasonable accommodations for employees like providing ergonomic furniture for employees with back conditions.

I have a couple BSNs who have fully remote jobs. Although with AI, I'm not sure that those will be jobs that will still be around in 10-15 years. One, I know, does pre-op appts contacting patients to make sure they followed instructions and pre-testing and then follow-up checks.

I'm so sorry. She knew how much she was loved and cherished. May your memories of Jolene bring you peace and eventually a smile instead of tears. 💔

There is a lake near my house that used to be a quarry. There is a trail that goes around the lake. Told my daughter a woman passed me 3x on the trail. She told me I need to compare myself to myself and not against someone else.

I like this website. Kind of surprised they don't have meals focused on GLP-1 users.

Were you taking it Friday morning thinking about going to work? I notice mine goes up with mental stress like while listening to the news.

Does lack of sunlight make it worse? While I like all the seasons, I find it difficult sometimes to go to work in the dark and go home in the dark. And lately we've had some really dreary days here in the Northeast.

All the cars I bought for myself have been Subarus. Last 3 or 4 have been Foresters.

Depending on how large your employer is, consistently working 30+ hours/week entitles you to employer-sponsored health benefits.

Maybe start a conversation asking how she thinks things are going with you. Since its a new job, ask her if she sees any concerns about your work. If she says yes, you can address them. If no, you could say that you were wondering because she seems to be monitoring your work very closely.
