Irish Utd fan since 1979, not interested in a big following mainly because I don't want to listen to the noise.
And also I don't think the midfield is good enuf, but surely they can be better than Hulls midfield or Brightons midfield 🤔 so is that down to the manager? And past managers too 🤷♂️🤷♂️
I get the argument that the squad needs strengthening and Carrick has been left short by the board, but surely the players we have can defend to a competent level?? Surely they are as good as Brightons defenders or Hulls defenders 🤔 so is that on the manager? (And past managers 🤷♂️)

Lets be honest either City or Norwich would knock us out in the next round anyway so good thinking by Micheal and the lads to make sure we at least play 1 less game than our TITLE rivals this year anyway 🤣🤣🤣🫣

We can talk about manager or player quality, but when you have ALL your big players not turning up its impossible to control games or get results, Bruno, Mbeumo, Cunha,Tielimans, Rashford they should be our shining lights but they just aren't at it this season yet & the rest dont have the quality

Micheal will face many questions now & I fear for him, a thoroughly likeable chap,but those who said he's a championship manager who was given a great opportunity will be lining up now, the criticism will be deafening very soon, & if we lose to Fulham will he survive a 3 week international break🤔🤷♂️

Sesko is very poor on the ball and holding the ball up, he needs to improve that drastically, at the moment the game has to be in front of him for him to benefit, this game right now is more suited to Zirkzee than ben

We lost all momentum after the mazrouri injury the flow of the game completely changed and we never got it back, midfield in particular never got it back and are being dominated now
