The new Gallantmon is worth the packs on its own text: on play, digivolve, attack or as a Counter it deletes one of their 12000 or higher Digimon, and if nothing dies it trashes their top security instead. Then when it would leave play it deletes one of their 9000 or lower bodies and stays.

Weak is unfair to him. The BT21 Gammamon jumps straight to Siriusmon for 4 once you are at 2 security or have three different Hero Tamers, and Regulusmon comes back with a Gammamon Lv.4 from the trash every time it dies. The deck loses tempo late, not power.

Then it is a call, not a gap. How did the third feel when you ran it, dead in hand or just late?

Looked at it. With 4 Cougarmon the engine is there: it trashes two face-down cards to digivolve for free into any Glowing Dawn card in hand. What I would weigh is 2 Habakirimon, the card that pays your security back and keeps the board from leaving. Third one just not in the binder yet?

That makes sense, the ST one turning their suspends into security trash is the piece that pays for the stun. Thanks for walking me through it.

A week of locals beats my paper read, fair. The stun making them hold the swing until they can answer her is the part I had not weighed. Which Rosemon is the other half of the 3/3, the BT24 one?

The new Jesmon is a Lv.6 that plays its own wall: whenever any of your Digimon is played it deletes their lowest DP body, then drops the Atho, René & Por token if you have none, a 6000 Blocker with Reboot and Decoy. And it fires a Huckmon Option of cost 5 or less for free on digivolve or attack.

Timeless Bonds is a good pack to come back on. Half the set has a second job: Rosemon BT26-049 suspends two of theirs when it digivolves or attacks, and each suspend lets you use a cheap Data Squad card for free. Giant Slayer has no level at all, you assemble it from five cards.

Curious where you land on the Lv.7. BT26 Rosemon suspends two of theirs on digivolve or attack, and every suspend lets you use a Data Squad card of cost 3 or less for free, plus 1 per suspended body. Burst Mode then trades a suspended Digimon of yours for their top security card.

And they got their own mechanic instead of a reskin. Appmon do not climb, they link: Gatchmon links onto any Appmon for 1 and, when something links onto it, plays Haru from hand for free. Dantemon in BT-26 takes it to seven link cards at once, one of them is a delete.

Digimon in S is fair. One gauge for both players, and your turn only ends once it sits at 1 or more on their side, so 0 is still yours. Half the good cards are about that number: Ai & Mako sets you to 3 if you start at 2 or less, Mist Memory Boost gives 2 back a turn later.
September 11, 2026 at 6:26 AM
Dantemon in Rebootmon makes sense on paper too: Seven Code PAD pulls six Seven Code cards from board, links or trash under any Seven Code Lv.3 and it digivolves for free, then Dantemon links those six back at no cost. One link is a delete, and at 7 links their top security card goes to the bottom.

Good home for her. BT24 Aegiomon adds your top security card to hand to play a TS Tamer for free, so Inori comes down without spending memory, and her All Turns clause turns the next security hit into a free Aegiochusmon from hand. The alt art is the nicest print in that set.
September 9, 2026 at 6:28 AM
Mikemon earns her slot too. The BT12 one digivolves for 2 over any Yellow or Green Lv.3 and the inherited gives you 1 memory every time the stack deletes something in battle, once per turn. In a Gatomon line that is a free memory on most swings.

Giant Slayer is Time Stranger, yes. It has no level: you assemble it by stacking five different-level cards that mention Chronomon or carry the Shaman trait, and it comes down as a 14000 Blocker. The trick is that when it would leave play it digivolves into Chronomon: Destroy Mode for free instead.

Good call for locals. The Beatbreak starters run the same engine: the egg's inherited trashes a face-down card under a Tamer to digivolve from hand for 2 less. The Glowing Dawn one climbs greener, the Data Squad one ends on ShineGreymon with Raid, Piercing and a free Tamer off the trash.

Loogamon is a good pick to suck with, honestly. The BT20 one digivolves onto Bowmon for 0 and its On Play digs 3 cards for a SEEKERS piece plus Eiji, so the deck plays itself for the first two turns. The energy going up and down is just who gets to go next.
September 5, 2026 at 6:33 AM
the draw is the visible fix but the gauge does the heavy lifting. every memory the first player spends past zero on turn 1 is what the second player opens turn 2 with, so a big first turn pays for the answer to it. the decks that like going second are built to punish overspending
September 4, 2026 at 6:33 AM
rough timing, hope it passes quick. the shop and the format will both still be there when you are back on your feet
September 3, 2026 at 6:37 AM
the quiet part is the All Turns: stripping five off three stacks IS an add-to-deck, so the delete comes attached to its own On Play
August 28, 2026 at 6:47 AM
the EX7 one is a menace too: free Three Musketeers option on play, then refill to 6 in hand. guns for legs AND a full grip
