Guinea pigs, ferrets, chinchillas and other small animals are commercially bred, transported through distribution systems, and ultimately displayed for sale in stores....all for profit. Tell Petco to end the sale of small animals and exotic pets and promote adoption instead:

Today, ten years ago - Cecil the lion succumbed to injuries inflicted upon him with a bow and arrow by American dentist Walter Palmer, who paid $54,000 for the "thrill" of killing. It is estimated that Cecil suffered for 10-12 hours before dying. No one was ever charged or fined in Cecil's killing.

We are sad to share that Indu has passed. CWI had been advocating for her release from Phoenix Zoo to an accredited sanctuary for the last six years. We are devastated that she wasn't able to spend the end of her life outside of zoo confinement. Trumpet free, Indu. We will not forget you.
