People do not understand how men who are white supremacists can have wives who are women of color and I need folks to realize that those men see their wives as subordinate property and not equals. These men are foaming at the mouth to bring back quadroon balls.

💔 Please don’t let Ahmed die alone.
His abdomen is still open. He cries in unbearable pain, and there is almost no time left for the surgery he desperately needs.
We are terrified this may be our last chance.
🙏 Even $5 could help save him. Please, help Ahmed now.

I think every human being needs to experience a little bit of suffering to be emotionally complete but I also think that suffering should be on the level of "lost an entire weekend to Pooh's Home Run Derby and didn't even win" and not "subjected to inhumane systemic violence"

colorblocks would be greatly improved if it just let magenta and cyan be colors with full personalities like all the others. like, they're the printing crew! surely magenta has some other color associations, like flowers and berries and glamour or something
