The highway type looks like a service road or a track to me – to access Aldershot Farm. I.E.

The 24L/31L Rack-Pack doesn't connect to the Gravel-Pack straps. For some bizarre reason, Ortlieb made them incompatible.
You'd be better off with 14.5L Sport-Rollers (same dimensions as Gravel-Pack). That way the Rack-Pack will connect to the Sport-Roller straps.

It probably helps that the UK put a person with Tourette's Syndrome in Big Brother (Pete), where the nation could watch 24/7 and realise that it is in fact a very real condition, no more avoidable than Parkinson's spasms.
