A group called Citizens for Constitutional Integrity has filed a FOIA lawsuit seeking to overturn FCC Chairman Brendan Carr's text messages on last year's controversy involving Jimmy Kimmel.

Our text message conversation with Carr is being used as supporting evidence in the lawsuit.
