Here's the steam account of the hacker, who friended and messaged me in an attempt to extort me for my accounts after I removed the virus from my PC. This is included for the sake of completeness, I know you can't do anything about a malicious steam user, just showing the full extent of the hack

Here's some examples of my gmail and discord account being compromised. As needed, I can get the various people whose names are censored to come forward and support my claims. The hacker is Turkish and speaks poor english, explaining the linguistic difference. I can even provide the decompiled virus

My phone number was used to verify for entering a server, "EternityDev Games", and I can provide it on demand. I have steam chat logs of talking to the hacker trying to extort me. My friends have screenshots of my account acting nothing like me, attempting to phish them poorly. Please respond ASAP.

Do not trust either of these, it's just a phishing scam where they try to charge you money upfront for "removing encrypted hacking tools" that don't actually exist.

Pretty much every day has been that kind of day lately, depression is fun like that. At least I'm on new medication that will hopefully fix it

I don't know what Startplaying is, but charging for a demo of anything is a horrendous idea and I despise it on that principle alone, even if it's just to have someone notable/accomplished promo and/or test your game for you.

Adding on with another post to say: the "not interested" thing continues to barely work even months down the line from when I was last active on here, kinda disappointing honestly.

Also, I know political awareness/activism matters, but it's no good if I'm too depressed/worn down to care, y'know?

100% right. I get why fans of the previous Paper Mario games were a bit iffy on this one with how differently it plays, being a platformer instead of a turn-based RPG. However, it's still a fantastic game well worth taking the time to play.

- Furry art, especially semi-NSFW stuff (subbed to a badge list specifically to try and block it, for clarity, no such luck)

- Galaxy photography and cat pics (based on initial interest choices)

Yep, it hurts alright. The real fun part of this is realizing at almost 30 that you have no real talents or skills, don't know how to do much of anything and are too tired/depressed to even fathom turning things around anytime soon.

The specific bit of the song used in the video goes from 0:42 - 1:25, though the whole thing is great
