An enigma wrapped in a mystery wrapped in cosy joggies and pair of grandad slippers.
Our wobbly kitten's paw looks like a shocked gerbil.

Labour simply don't have anyone with the clout to replace Starmer and not fold when they in turn are hit with the constant news media assaults, orange fuckhead whining, and right-wing gobshite hatred. Maybe they should show solidarity and, I don't know, promote their successes.

Is worthless and easily bought" what they do mean, though?

I'd have thought "cheap at any price" indicates that they see him as good value for money, which is arguably more damning.
"Tommy Robinson appears in the Epstein files, described as “cheap @ any price”.
When even Jeffrey Epstein & Steve Bannon are privately dismissing you as worthless and easily bought, it tells you something.
He's willing to sell out his beloved UK for a bag of fish & chips!!"

In Judge Dredd lore, Futsies were citizens who suffered from "Future Shock Syndrome"; unable to stand the pace of 21st century living, they'd go into violent frenzies. I think I might be coming down with that.

Private Eye offers up an excellently scornful commentary on the relentless polling. It’s become ridiculous and has oversimplified our politics to dangerous levels of stupid and irresponsible.

If this became a weekly series, it would run longer than The Simpsons.

Rewatching Knowing, seeing as it's disappearing from Prime soon. One of NC's better films I think, but someone really should have checked his make-up before rolling the camera.
