just hit a 600 day writing streak and would like to remind everyone that you CAN write a lot, just set yourself a small goal. 200 words is achievable for most people. my lit prof writes one sentence a day. anything is better than nothing.

See she says this but the kids would be the only easy part for me as I have no fucking clue how to do safety talks or guide the raft or deal with currents as all my boating experience has been on very calm bays. Maybe I could figure it out in time but a few kids would drown first for sure
I have no idea how the library is organized or who needs what so I'd probably be a disaster at it. I think my brother could work out how to steer a raft though. And he knows enough about the river valley and kids that he'd do well.
Thought experiment- if you were suddenly appointed to do your sibling’s job, how badly would you suck at it?
