Thursday evening I attended a protest rally at Universal CityWalk, calling on NBCUniversal not to allow ICE on their properties and to pay their employees better.

We need to see more of this kind of protest. Just yelling "F_ck ICE" is boring.

I used to shop at Target all of the time. When Trump began speaking out against DEI, they decided to end their DEI programs, showing that their commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion was just a PR stunt. I could no longer support a company that only believed in DEI when it was popular.
Target said it doesn’t think holiday sales will be enough to turn around a tough year.

Before the midterms of 1866, President Andrew Johnson called his congressional opponents traitors and said they should be hanged.
Voters were so profoundly moved by his words... that they gave his opponents a supermajority in Congress, and the nation got the Fourteenth Amendment.

Trump, Stephen Miller, Kristi Noem, Mike Johnson and others should feel threatened by thousands of non-violent "naked" bicyclists. It means we don't support you and MAGA is coming to an end.
U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson calls Sunday's naked bike ride in protest of the Portland ICE facility and and Trump troop deployment "the most threatening thing I’ve seen yet"

I was just thinking recently, "What happened to Bryan Stevenson?" I used to see him online all the time, especially after Just Mercy came out. Some of my friends and I were raising funds for the Equal Justice Initiative on Facebook. It's good to see him again in this brief video.

Earlier today, an Ecuadorian man at the Federal Plaza in NYC, for an asylum hearing, was violently separated from his wife and children by ICE agents. While he was being forcibly moved to detention, his wife was shoved to the ground by another ICE agent.

Tomorrow, September 23rd, is supposed to be The Rapture. Didn't something else happen on September 23rd?
