It just makes me wonder if Lee being in a healthier spot with her mental health would lead to a completely different avatar. Like, a core aspect of Jax's design is that she is wearing a literal costume. I also wonder how automated the avatar creation is, or does Cain do it himself every time?

While I personally have problems with the art direction, I can see that what they were going for (the old school fairytale book look), they have achieved wonderfully. And I can also see that Link being too detailed is not going to get in the way of the gameplay, so I don't see the issue.

It's the FEZ creator all over again, why must games I like have awful creators? At least it's not too common of an occurrence, but it still sucks.

The same plan that Orbán did in Hungary, only Trump wants to do it in 4 years instead of 10 because he wants to push it far enough to get rid of the term limit, but also, he is much more aggressive about accumulating wealth because I think even he knows this is doomed to fail.

From my understanding, the fact the rocket crashed into the Moon is not upsetting by itself. It's more about it being completely uncontrolled that should cause concerns, it could have very well entered Earth orbit and crashed on land anywhere. And if it was controlled the crater wouldn't be so big.

By far and away it's been Fields of Mistria. I can safely say now that it's dethroned SDV as my favourite Farming Sim

This one was very much a genuine mistake though, and shouldn't be why they are hated. They do enough stuff to worry about to just see the humor in this, laugh and move on.

It's called LLM, as in, Large Language Model and it is a predictive system and is in no way shape or form actually close to Artificial Intelligence. One of the many sad things about LLMs taking over is that actual AI research got thrown aside in favour of making money.

Big corporations always go with the "it's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission". There really should be laws preventing them from automatically opting users into stuff that uses their data, because nothing else will stop them from doing it.

ACAB comes mostly from the fact that the police force (especially in the US, but basically in every country) is a corrupt system that's designed to protect the worst of them and as long as someone actively works in that system, they are accomplices of those who abuse their position of power.

The only triple-A game recently that had more digital sales on launch was Fallen Order and even that was close to an even split. When people have the option they are more likely to choose physical even today

That 90% of sales are already digital is a very biased number, it's only true if you count every sake as equal (no matter the price) and count digital only games that don't have the capability to sell physical. If you only look at games that released both, physical sales still lead

It's less about how much I like Steam and more about how bad everyone else is at anything resembling consumer rights or convenience. Steam still has plenty of work to do.

I'm choosing to trust the scientists that actually spent their lives on bettering humanity, I'm choosing to trust science that's built on proper studies, cross-references and second opinions, it doesn't mean I need to become a researcher myself from mulling over hundreds of sources.

It's far from perfect, but it is still the best one we have. Like, it is miles ahead of whatever Nintendo is doing, and I don't think any other store page is better.

The biggest "issue" that breaks early maps in 3H is flying units and their large movement range, and teleportation. The only way I can see them "fixing" it in NG+ if the mission changed to defeating all opponents instead of "reach location" or "defeat commander".
