...made a batter of eggs, flour, sugar, , salt, sugar, and sour cream. Poured over the apples. Bake at 350 for about an hour. Then you wait for it to cool and 'set'. Never made it before, but it sounded good.

Feeling better, so i am cooking today. Starting with dessert and this...baked apple thing. Sliced some apples. sprinkled them with lime juice and arranged them in a buttered baking dish. The recipe said 'sour' apples specifically. So i found some marked down granny smith...

...then take more corn and some milk, blended until smooth. This will be added about 15-20 minutes before the soup is done. I will shred the chicken at this point, too. Also, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, italian seasoning. Going to serve with some rolls.

It really did cut like a cake. It has a firm bread pudding consistent. Tastes good. Kinda wish i had a caramel sauce on top.
