I think GitHub has the biggest stretch of a definition of "All Systems Operational" out of all big tech services because I wouldn't exactly call "takes 5 minutes to load any repo and you can't upload files into releases" operational

you are correct that it's definitely a very similar phenomenon (the shift is especially visible in greens when I try to explicitly simulate it, though perhaps using ffmpeg for this is a flawed method to begin with) but the results are different

Decided to write up a blog post about the ancient Windows Movie Maker bug where it completely messed up colors of some images.
It's not exactly a scientific write up but it doesn't seem that anyone ever tried to dive deep into this, so hopefully it can be a useful starting point

can someone help me out? I recall reading that Etzer got banned from Newgrounds and had to ask to be unbanned before he could upload his own songs - while this doesn't seem to be true, it's likely that I'm just confusing him with another GD creator/artist. Anyone know who?
