self perception is weird bc sometimes i hate the way i look and feel just shitty about my body
but then someone else will tell me that i look athletic and they could tell that i either played sports or work out a lot

one of my great aunts has started sending me daily religious quotes (half of them ai)
my extended family is fairly religious anyway but this is new for her
idk if it's bc she's retired now and she's bored or if this is the beginning of religious psychosis :/
