Tell em they will *always* be more important than a job, any job, all the jobs. The only job that matters is loving you! (wish that were true so so much) & themselves enough to reach for better. They also deserve grace & compassion tho bc u can't always just get another job, not a failing on them

Oh no please tell your mama that I hope they have a better time, that they deserve better, & that I hope better becomes available immediately. & that they deserve whatever a warm hug is for them, candy or kisses or yeah, hugs. They don't deserve whatever tf is happening.
