Great. Not only are gas & diesel prices soaring at the pump, now Trump wants to make vehicles LESS energy efficient so they will burn even more (cost us even more).
Either the oil industry has paid him awfully well or he's totally incompetent (probably both).

Trump officially rolled back fuel efficiency standards today. The new target for 2031 is about 34.5 miles per gallon, down from 50.4. That means more gas burned, more pollution, and more money out of drivers’ pockets. So much for making things affordable.

I'm worried about Texas.
The Democrats have great candidates, but Paxton is Secretary of State. He's already been purging voter roles, & SCOTUS is letting him carry on. The majority wants him & all Rs out of there, but the majority may not be able to vote.
