Being on the third floor used to make my apartment unbearable, and there was no way to have A/C with my window construction. Plus if it’s ever combined with a smoky season or particularly annoying mosquito one 🫠
Let me preemptively cut anyone off for saying upper 80F is not real heat. As Alaskans, we do not pass judgement on Lower 48 places that shut down with 2" snow. Every place is built for it's climate. Alaskan houses are built to retain heat and do not have air conditioning.
