The rivers must be restored for all people, not just for the wealthy. They must be free for nature and society, not to be monetised. This is my difference to many other people in the scene who work with/for money and status.

Report: Finland leads Europe in river restoration
According to Dam Removal Europe, Finland dismantled a record 138 river barriers last year, leading the continent in efforts to free up rivers for migratory fish and other wildlife.

Ireland Inc should be spending the money on extending the rail network (eg Sligo/Galway:Waterford/Cork&Limerick) and electrification for all modes, wind/solar/battery/heat pumps, grid storage, housing, water.
