Got woken up by my neighbour. She was venting away about me and my family, even lied as to why she moved to this area and opened up a cat sanctuary (says the one who threw a dead cat in our garden years ago.)
She moved here because she scammed elderly people of their money. (1/2)

I've been dealing with anxiety since I was a teen and always experienced the "flight" part of the fight or flight response.
So because of my neighbour, I've recently only just experienced the "fight" part.
(No, I haven't hurt her.... physically.)

Also, I can't remember if I mentioned it over the months but... the kitchen renovation finally happened and got completed in two weeks.
The old kitchen was 25+ years old, yellowed and had an odd smell. It was a stressful process but this is MUCH better.
