WHY?! The internet gods need to get their shit together. This only happens when I'm ready to read for a good while.

I did last year, except for work. I uninstalled social media from my personal devices, and wrote a list for work. This way, every time I logged in for work, I would only do what was on my list. The great side effect was that, even for work, I spent more time talking with people and that has stayed.

I've resorted to going to every work I've subscribed to and checking the update date... this does not bring me joy!
