How big are polar bears?

Adult males normally weigh 350-600 kg (775-1,300 lb). Adult females are usually 150-290 kg (330-650 lb). But some can be larger. Find out more about polar bears and how they're perfectly adapted to thrive in their Arctic ecosystem. pbears.org/adaptations

Back from our eagle trip on the West Coast of Canada. On our first outing, we ran into this amazingly acrobatic pod of Pacific white-sided dolphins. I'll be posting more images in the coming days of other creatures and the main event of the bald eagles.
