About two hours ago, I saw the news that Tim Curry passed away at his LA home at age 80.
I had been watching a documentary on Dolly Parton this morning, crying over her recent passing, and now this.

Oh, this one hurts, a lot.
I don't tend to get on the celebrity death train of public mourning too often, but sometimes they hit close to home.
Dolly Parton was a personal hero in how well she supported children's literacy through her time on this Earth.

Recently I've been far more inspired to read, and I forgot what a profound difference it makes to do so on the daily. Pick up a book. Read anything that's not a magazine or an article or a doom scroll post. Audiobooks = reading. 💕

Seriously, though, if a vampire bite and turns someone immediately, every time they 'drink', why not just have it be a zombie movie?

I'm coming back over something and it's over this movie. It has my least-favorite type of vampires in it, but overall this movie is gold.
Seriously, though, if a vampire bite and turns someone immediately, every time they 'drink', why not just have it be a zombie movie?

A reminder from a former house cleaner: you are entitled to help with your home. Housework is hard. It takes tons of energy. Can't afford it? You can maybe trade for it. Or, see if local cleaners do free/low-cost. It's worth it for your sanity. You deserve to live in a home you're comfortable in.
