It is with a heavy heart that we held a lab dinner tonight to congratulate Apoorva on her matriculation into the UW-Madison CMP graduate program. Apoorva was the first member of my lab and has been absolutely indispensable over the last five years. Congratulations Apoorva and please visit often!

On the way home after some very welcome rest and relaxation in Hamburg and the Harz region of Germany. Hamburg is such an amazing city and the Fall colors in Harz were just incredible! Refreshed, recharged, and ready to get back to the science!
