good evening cyberspace traveler

my name is Daniel, I write and produce noisy folk / alt music + I make video essays on youtube about music & horror

welcome in, check out my work
"Hello, I’m Daniel, you might know me from youtube where I make video essays about horror and art I find interesting, or you might know me from the music I’ve been producing independently for some years now. After playing my first show at 13, I now have a decade of experience performing live music, 5 albums of original material released, and am currently working on a new record titled “Antlers”. I have discovered something important. Writing and playing music saved my life. Thank you for the opportunity to share that with you. There’s a certain catharsis in communicating these ideas I have no way of expressing otherwise. Everything is interconnected, we find new ways forward despite all odds against us. I am incredibly grateful for everyone who joined me and helped me along the way. In 2025 I created an artist collective, LEGION. My new album “Antlers” will be the first project affiliated with Legion to release, but we’re currently scouting and helping other new artists get their work out too. You’ll see us soon." "My fellow artists and I are trying to do all this entirely on our own, and despite making fantastic progress it often feels like I am bringing a shovel alone to dig up and move a mountain. These efforts are in vain without your support! Support indie art, say no to AI, escape the algo bubble and be your own tastemaker." "Purchase albums directly from bandcamp (where a single sale is equivelent to 4k streams on Spotify) Shoot us an email legionesoteric@gmail.com (to get first access to secret shows and pop up events) Turn up for local shows and stay tuned for updates Tell everyone you know about us."
