since the gleylancer overdrive demo isn't going to go live until the coming monday i guess i don't mind showing off the initial direct port of the first stage song, asteroid field for the opnb/ 2610

Ah, perfect. Been thinking of playing Dread at one point. Just perfect it will be updated to take advantage of the Switch 2 hardware.
The one thing I wish we got for yesterday’s Nintendo Direct was a Switch 2 performance patch for Metroid Dread.
I know the game already runs very well but imagine a 4K/60 on tv or 1080/120 on handheld upgrade. Hopefully they do that prior to Ravenous’s release.

In one way, I can sort of see from Sony's end why they would do that. Death Stranding 2 probably didn't meet their sales expectations, and they most likely would rather play it safe when spending big.
But in light of recent decisions, this doesn't do them any favors. Not when this is now Xbox's.
