My brother and their friends doodled Spongebob characters on a call. It seemed fun, so I gave it a go, too 🫠👍

Here is a version with a couple of notes (complaints!) I did when drawing. There are many other issues that I won't get into.

I finished A Link to the Past this morning (a very misleading name btw. I prefer to call it "A Link to the Pink") and had a plethora of design issues with it - both visually and in terms of game design and story telling.
I thought it would do more for me.

This is a drawing of me I did quickly to provide for an application today.
I had to upload a portrait which could have been a photo or a drawing. Naturally, I chose to share a drawing (a very representative one, too)

Here are some photos I took and liked in Tasomachi's photo mode. I really like photo modes, but sometimes have to limit myself from taking too many as it takes up a lot of time : )

You are not. I know what you are talking about now (well, I thought you could have meant this earlier but I wasn't sure).
The overhead angle reminded me of it too🙃. Perhaps I am a complete and utter fraud (Ik we have the full illustration in our DQ artbook, but I'm too lazy to take+send a photo)

Reimagined Mutants - Volume 1
I am thinking of making a zine of mutants to hopefully sell at a local comic and art market along with a comic I am working on that I have not yet shared on Bluesky. It is also an excuse to make a cover-style illustration 😶🌫️🧛

Here are Yukumo and whom I refer to as "Neko-san" separated as I don't think the composition of them together works very well.
Also, I've been drawing, but it's been a long time since I've drawn a human of normal proportions, so my want to draw a normal human was another reason I drew this :)

I finished playing Tasomachi last week. I had it on my Switch for a while but didn't feel like playing it till recently.
The music was composed by my favourite artist, Ujico* (aka Snail's House). It complimented the game and experience wonderfully. It was a very cosy time.

Reimagined mutant no.42 [FINAL]:
Stickle fish mutant
I had fun coming up with a new design everyday (and I hope it wasn't too annoying aheheh).
I also really liked Kamen Rider Black and am happy I watched it. It is inspirational in many ways.

Reimagined mutant no.41:
Whale mutant
I finished watching the series last night. There are two theatrical specials that will likely have more mutants, but, for now, I am done. Just one more mutant to post after this one.
(Whale mutant is great. Not mine; the og)

My mind went to flies' tubular mouths and having multiple on the body that would shoot a liquid. My mind went to things like factory tubes on its back, fly pistols with fly eyes on the sides, and other ideas. Bagpipes eventually came to mind, and I thought it was funny but could also look cool.

Attaching some pictures of the mole cricket because of how cool it's claws are... They are like Bionicle weapons (which helped inform my drawing)

Despite it being mutant 34, it appeared in episode 37.
There was a three episode gap with no mutants. Serious stuff was happening. It was good, but always in the back of my mind I was thinking "but what about the mutants?"
